Service Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

• Appointments are available by Zoom or email.

Nature of Services

Services by practitioners:

• Are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, psychological or business advice, and it is advised that clients seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.

• Are general in nature and are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only, as required under Australian consumer law.

• Clients are responsible for the choices they make based on the spiritual guidance provided during a session. We accept no liability for the outcomes of client decisions and make no warrants or guarantees.​

Refund and Payment Policy

• “No Shows” to appointments are non-refundable.

• Appointments are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• Appointments may be rescheduled by you online or by contacting our office. A $30 fee applies if we are rescheduling your appointment.

• Payments must be made using approved methods, as outlined during the booking process. We do not accept bank transfers or cash.

Appointment Guidelines

Punctuality:

• The session begins at the scheduled time. If late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

• If 10 minutes or later, the session will be canceled without a refund.

Conduct:

• Appointments will be terminated immediately, without refund, if you are found to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, or if you engage in abusive or threatening behaviour.
