Cancellation Policy
Refund & Rescheduling Policy Refund: You are eligible for a refund, less the $30 processing fee, if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling: Appointments canceled between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time will be rescheduled. No Refund or Rescheduling: Refunds and rescheduling are not available if: You cancel within 12 hours of your appointment. You do not attend your appointment. You are more than 10 minutes late. Self-Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment online at no cost. If you require our office to manually reschedule for you, a $30 administration fee will apply.
