Reading services are not fortune-telling. A client is responsible for the future they co-create with Spirit.
With prior consent, session recording occurs. These are for training and insurance purposes.
Your session may terminate, access to the website, social media, and other services offered by us, if it is deemed questions or interaction to be inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or impeding on another person’s privacy in any way.
Psychic Mediumship College is an Australian registered business and therefore governed by Australian laws.
Your service will be terminated if you attend the appointment under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. In this case, your payment and (or) deposit will is not refundable.
Clients who have a psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice before undertaking Psychic Mediumship College services. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of services by us.
By engaging in Psychic Mediumship College services you acknowledge your responsibility and liability for any choices you make as a result of these services. Psychic Mediumship College does not assume any responsibility or liability for the choices either directly or indirectly, you make as a consequence of Psychic Mediumship College services.

Bronwyn Jane is a certified psychic medium and spiritual healer. However, your session should be undertaken with an open and positive outlook with no expectations of an outcome. Psychic Mediumship College and Bronwyn Jane take no responsibility for your destiny, this resides within you.

Payment Services

For online services: Payment by PayPal is required for all online services using the PayPal payment button.

In-Person services: Subject to the service selected where payment in full is not required at the time of booking an online deposit is required to secure your appointment. Outstanding balances are payable after service either by:

Credit card or EFTPOS
Bank transfer is not accepted

For Payment Plans: To help make our courses accessible to students we offer payment plans. Once you enter into the payment plan, you enter into a sales contract and thus, you must apply to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Students opting for a payment plan must adhere to the agreed upon schedule and ensure timely payments
By entering into a payment plan, students acknowledge that they are entering into a sales contract with Bronwyn Jane and the Psychic Mediumship College.
The sales contract is binding and students commit to fulfilling all payment obligations as outlined in the agreement.

Consequences For Missed Payments: There are consequences of missed payments.

Missing payments per the agreed upon schedule may result in the termination of access to the course, and or website.
In the event of missed payments, students forfeit any refund that may have applied, and the college reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover outstanding fees.
If you miss a payment, you will be given automatic notice depending on the payment plan system you chose. If we do not receive communication from you via email and you fail to submit the payment after the reminder of the missed payment, then you may be removed from the course, and or website, as this is a breach of the sales contract.
Students facing financial difficulties are encouraged to communicate with the administration office in advance to explore possible solutions or adjustments to the payment plan.
Upon settling any outstanding payments, students may request the reinstatement of the course access. Reinstatement is subject to the discretion of the administration office, and additional penalties may apply.
